We were contacted by a business on Croxley Green Business Park in Watford who had reached the end of their tenancy in their commercial premises. As part of their tenancy agreement, the office had to be put back to the original condition ready for the office to go back on the commercial rental market.

More importantly, there was only a week remaining before the company had to vacate the building, but this wasn’t a problem. We put in extra time, often outside of business hours to get the project completed well on time and ready to hand back to the landlords. We love a deadline!
