Full House in Kings Langley

We were contacted by the letting agent to decorate this 3 bedrooms, large semi detached rental property in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.

We liaised with both the agent and the owner who is located in Canada regarding colour schemes. Originally, the industry standard ‘Magnolia’ was specified, but the owner wanted the property to be a little different from the standard and using our vast experience, we suggested a few natural paints and colours for consideration. The final choice was Dulux Orchard White, which is a modern alternative to usual Magnolia.

Being an end of the tenancy rental property, time was of the essence to enable the owner to market the property as soon as possible. Considering the internal decoration was in a pretty poor condition and had a few water leaks over the years, which we had to remedy, along with considerable mildew issues caused by condensation which had to be treated and blocked. Taking all this into consideration, we still managed to turn the entire redecoration around in only 10 days.

Upon completion, James Casey the Managing agent said the following, ‘Absolutely fantastic experience using these guys. They turn up on time, do what they say they are going to do, calean up after themselves and leave you with an excellent finish. They really go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again’.
